Payment terms for our services are defined in the engagement agreement. We typically require payment within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on any engagement with an outstanding balance exceeding 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spruce Logic and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
